The location is perfect for exploring Duluth, and we loved the happy hour by the marina. The children's playground was a nice touch. The only downside was the lack of room cleaning during our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was exceptional. The location was quiet and convenient for exploring the area.

stayed at park point marina inn and had a fantastic experience. the rooms were well-equipped with microwave and refrigerator, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with great linens and comforter. the location was perfect, and the shuttle service to canal park district was a great convenience. the continental breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the coffee was terrific. the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the marina.
